Authors are invited to submit articles and/or announcements in the field of computer algebra to the editors. Submissions are accepted at the discretion of the editors. Authors are encouraged to submit their materials either as LaTeX input files or ascii files by email to the editors (André Heck, heck@can.nl, Jan Sanders, jansa@can.nl) or by anonymous FTP to ftp.can.nl
