The SAC network (SAC stands for Symbolic and Algebraic Computation) is a scientific and technical cooperation network of the Human Capital and Mobility (HCM) program of the Commission of the European Communities. SAC is coordinated by RIACA Amsterdam, it is a 3-years project that officially started January 1, 1995.
